The cost of transportation consists of: the tariff for air transportation and airline fees, levied one-time for the entire flight route.

Charter

The airline carries out the commercial transportation of passengers along the customer’s routes as part of the aircraft charter contract. You choose the destination yourself, our staff will select the most convenient route and landing site for you.

Reservation of an aircraft

At the request of the passenger, the airline can reserve an aircraft for them while they are at the intermediate point of the route. A helicopter ready for flight will be waiting for you any amount of time.

The cost of reservation of the aircraft is formed in accordance with the total flight time in the framework of the provision of services and the total time spent at the route point.

The rules for air transportation of passengers and baggage at Heliport-M LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Airline) comply with the requirements of the Air Code of the Russian Federation, regulatory acts of the Russian Federation and the technical capabilities of the Airline's helicopters for carrying passengers and baggage.

The passenger is obliged to comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation, comply with the requirements for ensuring flight safety, aviation security in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The passenger ticket and baggage receipt is a document certifying the conclusion of an agreement between the passenger and the Carrier for the carriage of the passenger and their baggage, as well as acceptance of the conditions of carriage. This ticket is valid for charter flights on domestic airlines and landing sites in the Russian Federation.

Flight time is the total time from the moment the rotor blades start to rotate until the helicopter stops completely at the end of the flight and the rotor blades stop turning.

For harm caused to the life or health of an aircraft passenger, the Airline is liable in the amount stipulated by the civil legislation of the Russian Federation.

The Carrier’s liability for loss, shortage or damage (spoilage) of baggage accepted for carriage by air is in the amount of payment established by federal law per kilogram of baggage weight. For loss, shortage or damage (spoilage) of things that are with the passenger - in the amount of their value, and if it is impossible to establish it - in the amount of payment established by federal law.

The rights and responsibilities of the Carrier and the passenger in other legal matters related to air transportation under this agreement are determined by the rules for air transportation of passengers and baggage of HELIPORT-M LLC and regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

transportation of children under 3 years of age and minor children unaccompanied by parents (guardians) is agreed with the Airline.

The passenger of the aircraft has the right to carry his baggage within the established norm - 10 kg per passenger. 

Excess baggage, oversized baggage and heavy baggage are accepted for carriage only if there is a free carrying capacity on the aircraft and subject to prior approval of the transportation of such baggage with the Airline.

The airline does not accept luggage with declared value. Carriage of animals in passenger cabins is limited. Animals and birds are accepted for air transportation by prior agreement with the Carrier.

The carrier is not responsible for fragile, valuable or perishable items. The passenger is obliged to carry money and documents with him, without checking in his luggage.

Passengers are forbidden to carry the following dangerous substances and items on board the aircraft in checked baggage and in things carried by Passengers (hand luggage): 

Items that can be used as an attack weapon (ax, saw, ice ax, crossbow, airguns, spear guns, etc.) are carried only in baggage.

Passengers are allowed to carry on board the aircraft, subject to the required conditions, the following items and substances in their personal belongings: non-hazardous liquids, gels and aerosols, in containers with a capacity of not more than 100 ml (or equivalent capacity in other volume units), packed in a securely closed transparent plastic bag with a volume of not more than 1 liter - one bag per passenger. Liquids in containers with a capacity of more than 100 ml are not accepted for carriage even if the container is only partially filled. The exceptions for transportation are medicines, baby food, and special dietary needs.

A passenger who arrives at check-in without an identity document or is late by the time of check-in, which ends 30 minutes before the departure time indicated on the ticket, is not allowed to travel on this flight.

The passenger’s liability for violation of the rules of conduct on board the aircraft is provided for in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
